You have turned into my best mate, I look forward to every session and I can’t thank you enough for all the words of wisdom and encouragement even when things haven’t gone to plan. You understand when I’m having a bad day or week and you adapt every session to suit me. Which I’m so grateful for.

My programming is excellent. Workouts are refreshed regularly and are always well tailored to my goals and available time. Harry’s door is always open - so willing to listen via WhatsApp or on the gym floor.
Since starting with Harry, my all around well-being has improved and I’ve fallen in love with training again. This is only the beginning and I’m excited to continue and see where this will all go.
One of the best parts of training with H is the Athlete WhatsApp group, with messages and monthly targets that are so motivating. The team are pretty inspirational - everyone seems to be smashing their goals.!
The programme is very accesible. Whether it’s a video in the app showing/ reminding you how to do an exercise, or the mobility sessions I’ve been sent for some back- injury rehab. Over and above what I expected when I signed up.
I identify a lot with Harry - he works so hard and is so motivated to succeed!

I'd never had a PT before, and training with Harry has been brilliant. He always shows up to every session with a smile on his face and has so much positive energy. He really pushes you out of your comfort zone, both physically and mentally which helps you achieve stuff you never thought you could. Harry not only looks at your exercise routine but other aspects of your day-to-day life to find a routine and plan that fits in with you. Training with Harry really was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

(Coaching w/ GPT) is just great! I love the patience, attention on all the technique and posture and just how much knowledge you have whether it’s weights and resistance or cardio. The routines are amazing but if we have to tweak them they get even better. You make training fun it’s never a chore and I have learnt so much just in the last few months
