H is a quietly confident and personable PT who is also relatable and very approachable.
I have been training with Harry for over 2 years and it’s been the most incredible journey. Our sessions have had a hugely positive impact on my confidence. I have gone from not knowing what a barbell was to running half marathon and lifting weights. H encourages and pushes me out of my comfort zone, and he is excellent at providing constructive feedback.
I do not thrive under monotonous fitness routine and Harry is excellent at putting a really varied training program for me; I know that no session will be the same!
H’s sessions leave me feeling energetic and set a positive tone to my day. He is committed, expects the same from me and, most importantly, makes his sessions really fun. H is a true pleasure to train with and I could not recommend him highly enough!

I came to Harry in Summer 2023 with a persistent knee injury which almost stopped me from running completely, H helped me to solve the issue and finally gave me the answers to why I was experiencing pain which has allowed me to manage the injury going forward. My whole mentality around running and exercise has completely changed since receiving PT sessions from H and I have an improved relationship with my body and the way I use exercise for my mental health rather than trying to shrink myself.
H’s running club has introduced me to likeminded people who I now have great friendships with, there’s no pressure with pace at all and everyone is incredibly accepting and encouraging. It’s an amazing community and something I look forward to every week.
I’m so glad I reached out to H when I did. I came for a cure to a knee injury but I have gained so much more than I ever could have imagined! 5 stars for a 5 star guy

Training with Harry has changed my running completely, from going to barely being able to run a km, to now considering a half marathon as my next goal. I took a leap to try my first sprint triathlon last year and Harry was supportive every step of the way - from creating helpful plans to follow to giving me the support I needed when I thought it would be a complete flop.
My sessions with Harry are a lot of fun. He’s great at pushing me to achieve my goals and is generally a massive support. Harry has really helped change my mindset around training and has absolutely made me fall in love with running. The running club he’s set up has been great to meet others who are just as encouraging and supportive and there’s zero pressure to run at a pace you’re not comfortable with.
If you’re looking for a PT and want to focus on your running, you’ve found the right guy. 10/10.

I have been a PT client of Harry's for a couple of years now after I went to some of his spin classes and thought he had a great mix of fun and hard work! When I first started, I was a bit directionless coming off an injury that had stopped me running and just having moved to Tunbridge Wells. Harry really listened during the consultation and got me onto a programme to get me back running whilst building my strength up. Within 6 months, I was back to running half marathons and have been running injury free ever since. Alongside the PT, he has created me a bespoke running plan to help me with marathon training, something I never thought I'd be doing again!
Harry is a fantastic PT - he is incredibly supportive and pushes you to achieve your goals and he is there with you every step of the way (literally when it comes to training runs!). The sessions are thought out and varied and allow you to see results. I would thoroughly recommend.

Well thought out and structured sessions with progressions/regressions factored in. The programme design is perfect for my goal; every session is different as Harry provides variety both within the session but also when working same muscle groups by using different equipment and scaling exercises accordingly. I never get bored.
Harry is super friendly and approachable. He endeavours to keep you motivated both inside and outside the gym.

I’ve been working with Harry for around 2 years now, in which time he has helped me go from someone who dreaded the thought of running to someone who has fallen in love with it and recently achieving a half marathon PB of 1:38:26!
Harry repeatedly shows the highest levels of care for his community of clients and helping them to achieve their goals.
He has helped me to stay on track and keep a level head on multiple occasions throughout training as well as during races and I couldn’t think of anyone I would rather have in my corner.

I’ve only been training with Harry for 8 months but he’s already had such an impact on my life. From the beginning H was super respectful of my goals which are NOT about weight loss but becoming fitter and stronger, and has developed a programme which amazingly has got me consistently exercising for the first time in my life!
He’s incredibly supportive, and knows when to adapt my sessions if I’m having a tough week or when to challenge me and push me when I’ve got a bit more to give.
I can talk to Harry about any aspect of my well-being whether that’s physical or mental, and I know he’ll come through with some good advice and a few lols to lighten the mood. It’s been an absolute dream so far, I’m excited to see what’s next…

Harry has helped encourage a shift in mindset- Movement to help power your body, rather than just to shape shift. Noticing the gains in my physical strength and mindset have been a game changer. I have never felt as strong as I do now!
I achieved my first 10k challenge in October and now working towards a half marathon, something I never quite imagined I’d say! Harrys careful planning and support means that I feel I can achieve this.
Harry has nurtured a brilliant community of like minded people with GPT Run and GPT Spin. Everyone is warm, welcoming and supportive. Essential coffee and post run debrief/chats being just as important as the run itself!
I love our sessions and genuinely look forward to each week knowing they’ll be varied, fun with lots of challenge and laughs along the way.
This man needs to be prescribed. You cannot underestimate his boundless enthusiasm and commitment.

Harry G shares my love of sport but my knowledge of precisely HOW to train falls way short of Harry’s wealth of technical knowledge and experience!
Despite playing various sport throughout my life, I have never been taught how to gear my training towards my goals. This is where Harry G fills in ALL those missing gaps and OMG does he know how to get you to work at your optimum! He does it with a smile on his face and a brutal twinkle in his eye.
Crazy how I still always end the session with ‘Thank you Harry, I loved it!’…

I started with H in November ‘21 with the aim of doing a half marathon. In November I could only do a 5k in around 33 minutes, struggling to breath and get into rhythm.
I completed my half marathon in the following february in 2:07”, after only 3/4 months training. And since I started with H, my 5k time has dropped to 26 mins and my 10k down to 55 mins; it’s crazy the amount of change in my running!
It’s not just running that has changed for me. My overall mentality about the gym and doing workouts by myself has changed, my confidence has grown and those little muscles are starting to show now.
Honestly, my 5am PT sessions are the highlights of my weeks and can truthfully say Harry has changed the way I look at running, exercise and myself in general.
